How far in advance should I reach out?
Yes — a four-night minimum and a $5,000 per-week minimum for two travelers.
Do you have minimums?
I charge a Design Fee based on trip complexity and group size. This fee reflects the care, expertise, and time required for custom travel planning. You’ll receive the exact fee and proposal timeline after our consultation, before anything is created.
What does your planning service cost?
Most trips are planned 6–12 months ahead. Earlier planning allows for better availability and more thoughtful customization.
